Debate: Luke cannot decide if he should leave or if he should stay.
Break into 2: When they leave the planet and Darth Vader comes and attacks.
B story: When Han solo and Princess Lea are introduced.
Fun and Games: Learning to become a Jedi, holochess.
Midpoint: Sucked into the death star.
Bad Guys Close in: Get trapped in the garbage disposal
All is lost: Obi-Won dies
Dark Night of the Soul: He is depressed because Obi-Won died
Break Into 3: Working with the rebellion getting ready to destroy the death star.
Finale: Luke goes into space and starts fighting, he ends up destroying the death star.
Final Image: A hero, getting a medal.

The Opening Image is a battle between a tiny spaceship and gargantuan one in the darkness of space over a mysterious two-mooned planet. It represents the fight between the small but potent force of good versus the giant force of evil. Luke looking at the sunset happens much further into Act 1.
